A Little More About Heather...
Heather is the Yin to Brian's Yang. Where he is the mathematical and sporty side, Heather is the artsy dance and theatre side. Heather grew up on stage, and will continue to act and get her children involved with the stage if they show an interest. Heather also loves to dance, and would love to have a child to follow in these footsteps!
Heather is the middle child with a sister two years older and two years younger. Heather's father passed on when she was nine, and through the tragedy came a bond with her sisters and mother. Heather and her family remain close and try to get together once a week!
Heather and her sisters. Heather's older sister lives close and has a 2 yr old daughter (and pregnant with #2!). Heather's younger sister is finishing her Master's program and is getting married this summer! Heather's sisters have been amazingly supportive through this whole adoption journey!
Heather's family and all significant others. We spend as much time together as we can, and all live close to one another!
Heather's family is all about traditions! Here is one fun one that she does where all cousins pile under the table after Thanksgiving dinner for a photo op! They used to fit a little better when they were younger....
Now that Heather is a Godmother to her 2 year old niece, she spends as much free time as she can spending time with her, helping pass the traditions from her family down to her Godchild.
A lot of Heather's family and friends are starting their families, and as much as she loves playing with all of the new little ones, she can't wait to have a little one of her own!
Here's Auntie Heather playing with her niece and her friend. So many fun toys!
Heather loves to read books with her little ones!
When Heather is not hanging out with her Godchild, she is either attending plays, or in the shows herself! Heather was a theatre major in college, and loves to be a part of theatre and dance whenever she can!
Most of all, Heather loves the time she gets to spend with her husband, and she can't wait to grow their little family!
